Yes! That's actually our favorite part. From scratch golfers to first-timers who've never picked up a club, our simulator is welcoming and easy to learn.
We need a minimum of 16 feet wide × 20 feet deep × 13.5 feet high on a flat surface. This works in most office parking lots, ballrooms, hotel event spaces, driveways, and backyards.
To help ensure a smooth event day, please submit photos of the location where the simulator will be set up within 3 days of the event.
Everything you need to play: the full enclosed simulator, 44,000+ world-famous courses, a pro-grade launch monitor, clubs for all skill levels, tees, balls, complete setup and takedown, on-site hosting throughout your event, and full liability insurance.
We serve all of central Oklahoma. Travel within 50 miles of OKC is included in all pricing — this covers Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Mustang, and most of the metro.
Going farther? Flat-zone travel fees apply: $150 (50–100 mi), $300 (100–150 mi), or a custom quote for events beyond that. No surprises.
Yes — backyard events are part of our Private Party package, right alongside birthdays, graduations, retirement parties, and anniversaries. Starting at $650.

For weekend dates during spring, summer, and the holiday season (October–December), we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance. Weekday corporate events can often be booked within 1–2 weeks.
The earlier you reach out, the better your chances of locking in your preferred date.
Yes. Swing Daddy carries full liability insurance, and we're happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance to your venue or HR team upon request — most corporate venues, hotels, and event spaces require this.
Longest Drive and Closest-to-the-Pin contests are included in our Corporate Event package — perfect for team building and engagement.
For Wedding and Private Party packages, contests are an optional add-on: +$150 for events under 4 hours, +$250 for events 4 hours or longer.
Both. We've set up in office parking lots, ballrooms, hotel conference spaces, warehouses, driveways, and backyards. As long as the space meets our dimensions and is flat, we're good to go.
For outdoor events, we'll work with you ahead of time to identify a backup indoor space. The simulator itself is enclosed but the surrounding setup needs dry conditions. If your event is fully outdoor with no rain plan, we recommend booking during drier months.
